Takticians is a new generation of manufacturing software, with teams in New Zealand and the United Kingdom - we are built for manufacturers who want a clearer, simpler way to run their business.

Instead of stitching together separate systems for sales, production, inventory and finance, Takticians brings everything into one connected platform, giving your team a shared view of what is happening from the first customer enquiry through to the finished job leaving the factory.

We built Takticians around the way great factories actually work: optimising for flow, not utilisation. That means helping you see where work is moving, where it is getting stuck and what needs attention next, while capturing the right operational, inventory and financial information along the way. The result is less time wrestling with spreadsheets and disconnected software, and more time improving your factory, looking after your customers and getting good work out the door.

We know that good software only works if people actually use it, so implementation is a big part of how we work. We take the time to understand how your factory operates today, how work moves through the business and where the frustrations or bottlenecks sit, then configure Takticians around the way your team needs to work. We keep the process practical and collaborative, working alongside your people to get the system set up, the right information in place and everyone confident using it.

And we do not disappear once you go live. Our team is here to help with questions, changes and the inevitable things you discover once the system is being used day to day. As your business evolves, Takticians can evolve with it, and we will work with you to keep improving the way the system supports your factory rather than leaving you to figure it all out on your own.

Our team are based in Glasgow, Scotland servicing the United Kingdom and Christchurch and Wanaka, New Zealand, servicing Australasia.
